I am a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate from the University of Lucknow (ICCR Scholar). My academic journey focuses on mindfulness, cognitive regulation, and the psychological impact of digital behavior.
Alongside research, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in the International Cell at the University of Lucknow, supporting international students in academic adaptation and cross-cultural communication.
